The Broadly App allows you to quickly see your Broadly results at any time!
The Private Feedback report details any private feedback from your customers. Private feedback will be logged in the Broadly App every time a customer selects the "No I will not recommend" gray button on their Thank You message. Additionally, Broadly will also send you an email notification of every Private Feedback instance, so that you don't miss out on the opportunity to take care of your customers.
Broadly highly recommends reaching out to these unsatisfied customers quickly. If you're able to provide a solution to your customer's issue in a timely manner, there's a high chance that they will become your biggest promoters.
To access this report, click on Reports in your menu bar and select the Private Feedback option.
